Description and Standardization of Processes

The course is intended mainly for management and employees responsible for internal company development and process description, standardization and improvement. It focuses on organizations that want to further improve their process-oriented management system and increase efficiency in the utilization of their internal resources.

Goals of the training

  • To present effective procedures and strengthen an organization’s ability to practically implement methods to create a customer-oriented organization process model, evaluate process effectiveness and improve it.
  • In accordance with the mission and vision, to define a model of core, supporting and management processes, thereby defining input-output connections, resources and management of individual processes.
  • To identify key processes and to create a system measuring process performance indicators.

  • Impact of the process model on straightening out competencies and responsibilities for processes.

  • Practical illustrations using software support.
  • How to motivate coworkers to create and utilize process standards.

Measuring and Monitoring Process Performance

  • KPI – Key performance indicators, their measurement and evaluation.

Using the Process Model in Increasing Process Performance
