Daniel Bútora

As FBE coach, trainer, and project manager, he specializes in leadership development, project management, communication and personal growth. Daniel graduated from the international relations institute at the Charles University in Prague. Previously, he worked as journalist and mass-media communication expert – he also became the Director of Slovak section in Radio Free Europe/ Radio Radio Liberty’s Slovak section in Prague. He attended study stay at Hoover Institution, Stanford University, California, USA. At present, he is also active in education system management and issues related to education transformation in SK. He is a member of the Slovak association of coaches.

Dušan Číčel

As Business Director of FBE Bratislava and FBE Prague is also responsible for methodology of the training contents, focusing on management and business skills. He focuses in consulting activities in the area of business skills, business management, marketing, change management, and leadership. He leads strategy workshops. He took part in the training for lecturers at British NIFFS Ltd. as well as expert trainings in the companies, such as Business Resource Network, Inc. USA, Akademie für Effizienztraining Austria and Huckland Browne & Associates, Canada.

Radoslav Čupík

Working at FBE since 1998 as the Project manager in quality of processes and performance improvement projects, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), he previously worked as the project manager and as a supervisor in IT, and as technical expert in the field of Slovak Republic foreign investments. Radoslav completed a work stay in London, exploring quality issues, the effectiveness of corporate processes, and IS creation methodologies.

Marek Demčák

At FBE’s he works as a consultant and trainer focusing on project and process management and improvement. He graduated at the Technical University in Košice and later he participated at various specialised courses of project management and change management. He spent two years in Italy working on introduction of Business Process Modeling (BPMN) projects and on monitoring the performance of a company. As a project manager, he was responsible for the implementation of the process management of a business company in France. He participated in several projects of the continual improvement in nuclear power plants and also worked in the field of process improvement in a financial institution.

Mária Garayová

At present Maria Works as an independent coach, lecturer and consultant in the area of human resources, where she has worked with managers for more than 21 years. She has experience in all areas of human resources – the selection of new employees, AC/DC, employee development and assessment, motivation, employee satisfaction, counselling and coaching. For FBE she leads training sessions mainly in the areas of human resources and communication. She has completed training sessions in the area of personnel practice and managerial skills, and a certified training session of coaching by Erickson Coaching International. She graduated from Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava in the field of Andragogy.

Karol Horváth

Working at FBE since 2005, he studied at the University of Vienna, and took part in various professional internships in automotive companies like Bentley Motors (GB), Volkswagen Atoeuropa (PT), and Volkswagen Slovakia. Karol is responsible for leading the projects in the area of quality improvemt (Six Sigma, Statistical methods), process improvement (Lean management, Production systems, Logistics) and product development projects (PEP). Ján Hradský

At FBE Bratislava’s he works as business development manager and trainer, Ján has gained experience in human resources mangement in multinational companies, and worked as an expert and leader of Honeywell corporation’s organizational transformation of its automotive division. Besides managerical experience, he brings in the expertise associated with the design of HR processes and systems, and implementation of integrated systems of management through Lean transformation. He implemented management of organizational and Lean transformation  mostly in production and technological development areas, in more than 10 world countries.

David Javornický

As a consultant and lecturer he specializes in management skills, leadership, creativity, teamwork, time management, communication, presentation skills, training of trainers a and coaching. Róbert Klačanský

Dan Kouřil

Dan graduated from the Philosophical faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. Asan expert consultant and lecturer at FBE, he is specialized in the area of management and business skills, coaching and training focusing mostly on managerial, presentation and negotiation skills. Dan attended FBE program as well as training at Akademie für Effizienztraining in Austria. He collaborated in the projects for top and middle management, for internal trainers and external coaches.

Martin Krnáč

Martin works at FBE as a consultant, with the focus on project and process management in the area of IT, services and production industry, as well as SPC software support. He cooperates in development of managerial simulations and games, which are used in FBE trainings and projects. Before he worked as a project manager in the area of process management in international IT company, leading innovation projects and implementation of new systems. Natália Kušnieriková

Daniel Laco

Daniel runs the section of FBE Bratislava and FBE Praha that focuses on training and the application of process quality and effectiveness improvement methods in Slovak and Czech companies. He has worked as a manager in projects of management systems application. He has completed a course in CIM in DEC, Boston, USA, a Leadership Development Training program at Wheaton College, USA, and EFQM Assessor Training in Brussels. During his stays in the USA, Daniel worked on the implementation of TQM tools in the service sector at Master Lube, Cadmus, and The Tides Inn.

Tomáš Laurenčík

Tomas has been FBE Trainer since 2008. He focuses mainly on trainings in areas such as managerial skills, communication and phone communication, teamwork, personal development and outdoor teambuilding programs. Tomas graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education & Sports at the Comenius University in Bratislava. Shortly after his studies, he remained professionally in the same Faculty as an Assistant Professor. He continues to be active as the sport Chief Trainer and/or Chief Instructor.

Natália Luptáková

Natália cooperates with FBE Bratislava in the area of creativity and visual thinking trainings. She graduated from SVŠT, industrial design.  She is devoted to doodling and graphical records from lectures and discussions. She helps to simplify the thinking and explore new connections.

Tomáš Marek

At FBE Prague and FBE Bratislava, he works as a trainer and consultant in the area of quality improvement and effectiveness of company processes and FMEA.

Erika Matwij

As a professional lecturer, she focuses on human resources advisory and consulting activities such as development and assessment centers. For FBE Bratislava, she has led training projects in the area of communication, motivation, assessment interviews, and trainings for trainers since 1999. She graduated from FF UK, Bratislava, from the Department of Psychology. She attended long term trainings in managing human resources. She has practical experience with system management in the area of managing HR (recruitment and selection of employees, assessment centers, analyzing employee satisfaction and social climate, personal audit and 360 feedback).

Alexander Plencner

Alex has been FBE trainer since 2011. He specializes in the area of communication skills, presentation skills, and time management. He graduated from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication in Trnava, and completed his doctoral studies in Culturology at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava. He focused on the theory of media, sociology of the way of life and media education. He is the co-founder and coordinator of the Media Literacy Centre (IMEC), and at present he is also a lecturer there. He worked externally/part-time for the People in Peril association (Človek v ohrození). He has completed FBE in-house training for trainers.

Kristína Poláková

Kristína specializes in projects concernig managerial skills and communication skills. Mária Tóthová Šimčáková
